About the event
Arrive at the retreat house for a sunrise paddle tour (board and paddle provided) across a
coastal dune lake and over to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a post paddle breakfast made with
locally sourced, organic ingredients. Today’s workshop will be centered around Breathwork.
