BREATHWORK WORKSHOP

Arrive at the retreat house for a sunrise paddle tour (board and paddle provided) across a

coastal dune lake and over to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a post paddle breakfast made with

locally sourced, organic ingredients. Today’s workshop will be centered around Breathwork.

This is the perfect setting to explore this dynamic practice that you can take home with you to

release, heal, and attune. Tess will serve as our guide through this beautiful journey into one of

our favorite healing modalities.
