Arrive at the retreat house for a sunrise paddle tour (board and paddle provided) across a coastal dune lake and over to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a post paddle breakfast made with locally sourced, organic ingredients. We are so excited to have Elaine coming from Memphis with 25 years of experience in various healing modalities and a deep rooted passion in supporting people’s personal evolution and alignment with their highest purpose and self. This workshop will be an experiential journey through the subtle energy body and the chakras. This is your opportunity for deep listening to your body, emotions and intuition.
