About the event
Our evening sessions will begin poolside with munchies and mocktails. This evening’s
workshop will be centered around all things food and nourishing our bodies. Michelle and
Kathy will be sharing their love for food and how it connects all the pieces of wellness. It will be
an evening centered around seeing food as medicine where it maintains & restores health but
also brings more life-force energy, vitality, & JOY into our lives. This will be an interactive
learning environment where we provide a beautiful dinner for us to enjoy and connect over as
well as collectively making a dish to take home.
