About the event
Our evening sessions will begin poolside with munchies and mocktails. This evening’s workshop will be centered around the combination of hypnotherapy and meditation. Hypnosis has been defined as the experience of focused attention with reduced peripheral awareness that allows an enhanced response to suggested change. With over a decade of experience using hypnosis on himself and others, Mark feels strongly that all problems or bottlenecks in life require a certain mental/emotional states in order to access keys for unlocking solutions. Join us as he leads us through a hypno-meditation session focused on releasing anxieties and reconnecting with joy. We will end the evening with a dinner made with love and prepared with locally sourced and organic ingredients.
