MUSIC & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

Our evening sessions will begin poolside with munchies and mocktails. We are so excited for  this one! This night will be all about music and movement. Local DJ, Izzy, will be spinning to compliment a gentle intuitive yoga practice. We aim to sync the practice with the energy in the  room, and to find sense of spirituality through the music….a change of pace from the traditional practice and studio setting. Dedicate your mind to your body and walk out of this one feeling like an actual warrior. Once you’ve worked up a healthy appetite, we will provide you with a beautiful dinner, made with locally sourced and organic ingredients.
