This will be our first fully sponsored retreat happening in the Blue Mountain Beach community along highway 30A. Our goal is to connect 8 women in both love and in grief for 4 days of rest & care.

"6 years ago I lost my 16 year old son Zach suddenly and tragically. Everyday day of this journey I’ve lived with grief by my side. I’ve worked hard to find some sort of joy and healing. After attending a wellness retreat in 2020 I knew I had to follow my dream of pulling one together for grieving mamas here on these beach. This year, in September, I am grateful to announce that I will be hosting 8 women, to connect in both love and in grief, in a beautiful home along 30A for 4 days of rest & care. This will be fully sponsored through the non profit organization, Mind Body Saltwater, the hostesses and friends of mine who hosted a retreat I attended last year along with supporters from the 30a community.
