Arrive at the retreat house for a sunrise paddle tour (board and paddle provided) across a coastal dune lake and over to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a post paddle breakfast made with locally sourced, organic ingredients. Today’s workshop will be focused on a panel of inspiring locals who have beautifully captured what it means to use what makes them radically and authentically themselves to create a well balanced and meaningful career and lifestyle. We are so grateful to have designer Mary Ellen and authors and Emerald Coast Storytellers’ founders Kristy & Ali joining us to tell their stories and fill you up with inspiration.
